A healthy dose of stress can be beneficial and healthy, but too much can take a toll on your physical and mental health.


Whether you know the source of your stress (such as a divorce, family, or work) or aren't sure, counseling can guide you in managing and reducing its impact.


If family issues are the source, family or couples counseling may be recommended. Working together to resolve the issue could reduce the stress for all involved.
